Getting Started
NOTYAB Certification is a four part process
Thank you for your interest in becoming NOTYAB Certified and being part of the team.
This is the process.
1. Complete Bookkeeping Test #1
2. Complete Bookkeeping Test #2
3. Complete QuickBooks Test: #3
4. Background Check: We require all applicants to authorize us to run background checks.
Test Difficulty: The bookkeeping and QuickBooks tests are designed to be difficult. A person who uses these programs extensively will probably score well, but others will have a difficult time.A score of 80 % is a very good score and shows a competence level high enough to join the NOTYAB team.
Test Time: An average time for each test is 45 minutes to an hour. You should have a quiet area to take the test, and should have a couple of working pens.Please, fax the completed tests to 978-526-0059 or mail them to NOTYAB 23 Old Essex Rd Manchester MA 01944

This test covers the breath of bookkeeping as much as possible in 39 questions. We have designed it to test all of the major areas of the subject, but would welcome suggestions for improvement. We constantly change and upgrade all of the tests, so feel free to email us with your thoughts. See below for our email address.
QuickBooks Test #3
This test covers the breadth of QuickBooks as much as possible in 38 questions. We have designed it to test all of the major areas of the subject, but would welcome suggestions for improvement.
