It still amazes us how many  do not make the act of backing up a number one priority. With the newer technology of USB and the flash drives of today it is so easy to not only backup your data but to take it home with you.

NOTYAB can’t emphasize enough the need to first, put the application and the daily backup on the same flash drive. If something drastic happens at your business you can always get another computer, install the application-add the data file and you are back in business. How awesome would that be if you needed it.
